Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and components must be included
- The product must not show signs of misuse or damage caused by improper handling
- For hygiene-related products, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before returning
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Return packages must be sent to our designated fulfillment facility. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In this case, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:
Your email must include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged)
- Full name
- Shipping address
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after being placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Additional costs from upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.
